How to read this pair without a crown

IPX’s cited safety page is numeric: bond, guaranty, E&O, TIN title, and a banking division that sales staff cannot wire from. Those remain marketing disclosures until you have current declarations. API’s cited differentiator is a Stewart Letter of Assurance it says is not capped like a bond. That is a parent performance promise, not FDIC insurance, and not a substitute for the account title. Older third-party pages quote stale API bond numbers; those figures stay omitted because API’s live site no longer states them.

FAQ

Which of these QIs is better?

This page does not pick a winner. It places published custody fields from two QI File listings side by side. A thicker disclosure is not a grade, and an unpublished field is not a finding that the firm is unsafe.

Can I treat a parent logo or a bond number on this table as current coverage?

No. Parent is an ownership note. Insurance figures appear only when the firm’s cited page still prints them. Ask for current certificates. See how to read a listing and segregated vs dual-signature.
