Improvement published

An improvement or construction exchange adds draw schedules, contractor payees, and often a parking entity. This index is firms that say they do that work on a page we cite. It is not an inspection of their construction-escrow controls, and it does not mean a firm omitted here cannot document an improvement — only that we have not sourced the claim. Ask who approves draws and whether an EAT is in the stack. Publication is not a completed improvement file.
