Reverse published

A reverse or parking exchange is a different operational stack from a delayed sale-first exchange. The usual tax citations are Rev. Proc. 2000-37 and the limitation in Rev. Proc. 2004-51. This page is only the firms in The QI File that publish reverse, parking, or exchange-accommodation-titleholder language. It is not a finding that we reviewed their last QEAA, and it is not “best QIs for reverse exchanges.” Definitions and questions live onreverse-exchange QI.
